These were less expensive than a popular brand I was previously using and definitely helps me sleep better. The tablets are small and easy to swallow. No negative side effects experienced.

I sleep well and long with this, but if the dog needs to be let out I wake up and fall back asleep.

They work very well

I bought these after using Purtian’s Pride melatonin for 2 years. It was priced well so I thought I would try it. It doesn’t work even 1/4 as well as the Puritan’s Pride. It takes so much longer to fall asleep and we wake up throughout the night. I’m not being paid for this review or advocating for Puritan’s Pride. It’s just straight up BETTER. I hope this helps other consumers.

Sometimes I take a dose and I am ready to sleep in 20 minutes. Some nights, I'll take it and lie awake for over an hour.<br /><br />I used to take 5mg and it would work consistently, but I wasn't happy with how long it took. I upped to 10mg, and it was good one day, then no effect another day.
