WOW! That is all I really need to say but I've been searching for this sort of endurance and mental focus without the caffeine. I am sensitive to caffeine now. I have had GERD and anxiety develop with age and caffeine is a no go. This gave me that amazing clarity, focus and mood stability with excellent endurance I've been searching for. Flavor (peach ring) and mix ability are spot on also.

I've tried the Beyond BCAA Dragoncruit flavor before, and while it's OK I wanted to really get my hands on the raspberry one. Now that I have its been worth every penny! The flavor tastes like you're eating raspberries fresh off the vine - it's not overly sweet but has that crisp, slightly bitter fruit taste that sticks with you. I feel like it's giving me way more post-workout energy afterwards compared to the other flavors as well.<br /><br />It's a little pricy but I feel great after I drink it after an intense workout and the flavor tastes remarkably realistic so I would recommend giving it a shot

I don’t know about the whole BCAA and EAA stuff. I’m not someone who works out a lot, so all of the claims about recovery and reduced soreness…I don’t know. What I do know, though, is that often times supplements taste like crap (most of the protein powder that I’ve tried has been pretty meh, both in texture and flavor), and since lots of supplements taste like crap, the people doing all of this exercising and weightlifting and whatever just accept that their supplements taste terrible and are generally happy when something is even slightly palatable. So, coming from a background where I like to consume things that actually taste good, I am happy to report that this dragonfruit powder tastes pretty decent. Dragonfruit has a very light, subtle flavor, so there’s not much of a “oh, this tastes exactly like this kind of fruit” sort of thing going on with the flavor of this powder, but it is fruity, and it’s not just a generic citric acid fruitiness. It doesn’t taste like orange or strawberry or cherry. It’s its own thing. I think this works a little better as an additive to something else I’m drinking as opposed to just mixing this in water and drinking just that (I make a concoction that includes tomato juice and coconut water and various supplements, which I make the night before and drink throughout the following day), but I do think it tastes good enough to drink by itself. It’s definitely one of the better tasting supplements I’ve tried.

Most of the intraworkout supplements on the market are just BCAAs. While the 3 branched chain amino acids are very important for muscle growth (especially leucine), there is value in getting all of the essential amino acids in your supplement. Your body needs all the essential amino acids in order to synthesis new muscle tissue. This Beyond BCAA + EAA by EHPlabs combines 5g of BCAAs per scoop along with the other EAAs and also adds in L-Tyrosine, Huperzia Serrata, and Senactiv for focus and mood boosts. The raspberry refresh flavor is delicious and makes drinking water during workouts much more enjoyable to keep me better hydrated.

I get tired of flavors very easily usually, I haven’t gotten sick of this one yet!
