I read about this in 3 books on gut health. I used this for 5 weeks. I never get sick but I got an ear ache, sore throat, acne, cold sore, fatigue, skin rash and yeast infection all in 4 weeks. I did more research and found out if you have struggled with yeast in the past this is not for you. I stopped taking it and in 10 days everything calmed down. I am doing a yeast cleanse to undo the damage.

Excellent product - extremely fine powder that dissolves very quickly. I am taking this because I have a damaged intestinal tract from a bacterial infection. Within a few days, I noticed a big improvement in my symptoms. Note: I was taking between 10g and 20g a day for the first two weeks (split between a morning and evening dose) and then I reduced the dose in half.
