This is the best tasting BCAA powder I have ever tried. The watermelon flavor does not hit you hard as with other workout drinks - just a pleasant drink with great ingredients that I know help me while I lift.<br />The combination of ingredients indicate thought on the part of boost-it. The electrolyte mix helps keep me hydrated while working out and the BCAAs are key to prevent fatigue. The addition of probiotics is icing on the cake as research has shown that healthy gut bacteria are important for overall health.<br />I am intrigued about the inclusion of ashwagandha root extract. This extract has been shown to boost muscle gain and fat burning when ingested in modest amounts (300-500 mg). I am happy with its inclusion in this drink.<br />Overall, I highly recommend this BCAA supplement!

I’ll start by saying I’m not a supplement pro, and BCAAs are the only thing I take to aid with soreness and recover quicker. With these, I can easily go 4-5 days back to back at Orangetheory.<br />Now for these BCAAs- WOW. The taste is absolutely amazing, I already ordered a second can! Packaging and ingredients are top-notch, and it mixes really well with about 16oz of water.

This is a high quality product! There’s not many great products in the market that are Keto and gluten free friendly. I also don’t usually take any supplements for working out or just in general because I never feel like they actually do anything - however BoostIt is amazing! The formulas delivers what it has promised - hydration, muscle recovery, and fat burn and I’m excited to continue to add to my daily routine. It’s super simple to add to water and the flavor is delicious and amazing that no sugars added! This stuff literally tastes like a watermelon jolly rancher!!! The flavor is awesome and not too strong mixes well with about 15oz of water easy to swallow. Good for high intensity clean energy and hydration or even before bed since there’s no caffeine. I love the flavor, the 2:1:1 ratio, plus a ton of other amino acids, electrolytes AND some probiotics! I used to only take Stance BCAAs but I’m glad I finally branched off to something with higher quality ingredients.<br />Kinda wish they had a larger option with more servings but that’s okay I’ll definitely be back for more :)

So I didn't write a review right away. I really wanted to see if this was right for me since I need to train for the new Army physical fitness test. The new test is much much harder than the previous one in my opinion. So to get ready for it I have been taking this BCAA that was recommended by a friend. So far it has really made a difference in my day to day workouts. Always had an uneasiness after working out before like I was dry or not hydrated enough and thought it was a regular thing. This would happen after workouts even if I drank water throughout the day and during the training. To my surprise since I have been taking this product that has significantly changed. I do not get that feeling anymore and thought maybe others might experience the same if they try this.
