I never really write reviews but this warrants one. I’ve had issues sleeping for quite some time now. About 3 years ago I was prescribed Ambien and it cause horrible hallucinations/lucid dreams. I was better off barely sleeping than having a heart attack with the crap I was seeing. Fast forward through 3 years and boatloads of every Zzzquil variation you can think of to today. This is now my 4th month using this product and I couldn’t be more thrilled at the results. I take as directed and am out like a light within 30 minutes. I don’t wake up groggy either which is a huge blessing. And to make this product even better, the taste is amazing. I cannot recommend this product enough for someone who has a history of insomnia!

These works about as well as any of the Melatonin gummies. They don't make me sleep 8 hours or anything, but for someone who is grateful for more than 4 - around 6 hours is a Godsend! Tylenol PM makes me feel tired, and really depressed the next day!!! Can't do any of the PM meds because of the depression they cause! Important to know if you are in any way prone to it. The best thing is that these actually taste great! They aren't chalky, tough textured, or have an awful aftertaste like the other brands I have tried. If you need Melatonin, then I can definitely recommend these!

My grandkids recently came to live with us. But they had their clocks all messed up. Staying up all night.sleeping all day. We take one of these at night, turn off all electronics and sleep like babes.

Im an insomniac and takes a lot for me to get to sleep. I used to take 2 gummies of another brand and it did nothing. To the point I would take 5 at a time. I take these 2 gummies and I’m in sleep heaven 🤣. Would recommend

SO, I am giving this product a try. My therapist tells me it takes a bit of time for the melatonin to build up in my system, so I'm trying to remember to take it regularly. It tastes great. Arrived timely and in perfect condition. I am NOT sure if it will help me with Sherman (cat) waking me up at 5 a.m.; however, if it helps me go back to sleep after I get him settled down, I'll be happy. :-) Thank you.

For some reason I expected the dosage to be higher, but I guess I didn't read the description carefully. It's 2 mg per gummy and the recommended serving is 2 gummies. The flavor is decent, but does have a slight bitter note (not as sweet as berry). I haven't had a restful night of sleep in over a year and taking these has really helped me regulate my sleep cycle. Once I found myself sleeping well, I weaned myself off these (the first two nights were rough) and am now/still sleeping well. While I don't take these regularly, they definitely are great for those who find can't seem to find a restful night of sleep!
