Easy way to get melatonin in your system via water.

For me, Melatonin is essential for a good night's sleep. This is my first try at using the liquid and I am impressed. Within an hour I am ready to sleep. I can add more or less depending on the stress from the day.
The taste is pleasant and an easy and convenient way to add to water for a relaxing evening. A very positive purchase for me.

Exactly what you would expect

I am able to fall asleep fairly quickly. But I frequently wake in the middle of the night and am unable to fall back to sleep. I've only taken this (as directed) for 2 nights. Both nights I woke as usual, but was able to fall back to sleep quickly. 2 is not a statistically meaningful sample size. I will have to report back in a few weeks.

UPDATE 5-19-2022: Unfortunately, that streak didn't last long. After 2 nights of restful sleep, I was hoping I'd found a solution. But I've woken the last two nights and wasn't able to fall back to sleep for well over an hour. Last night, it was almost 2 hours. I thought about taking another dose of the melatonin, but was worried that it might affect me during the day. I might try that some night that I don't have to work or be productive the next morning. I've decreased my overall rating based on the fact that it seems to lose it's effectiveness after just 2 nights.

Great!

I was skeptical by taking straight melatonin because of hearing much about it making people drag along in the morning. I take something for sleep regularly so I mix them around to keep from getting used to something
so, I’ve tried many sleep aids throughout the years but, I stayed away from melatonin alone. I’m happy I gave this a chance though because, I sleep well and don’t really see myself any worse in the mornings than normal when I took it.
There’s 50 Servings in the bottle, which is also made of opaque white glass, with a real glass dropper too. It’s also made clean in an GMP Certified Facility in the USA. I really like having it around for nights I haven’t eaten much because, it’s just drops under the tongue (which taste great too), taking 2 capsules, which is a common dose for sleep aids, can often make me hungry before it’s time to get up.
I’d definitely recommend it!

Excellent!

The bottle provides a large dose of liquid melatonin. The dosage instructions are accurate as I was relaxed and drowsy around 30 minutes. The flavor of the liquid was pleasant, and no aftertaste.

I have found that if you place the dropper under your tongue to release the liquid, the melatonin absorbs into your system and takes effect quicker than traditional swallowing of the liquid.

Simple melatonin solution makes it easy to modify dosage. Fast acting.

For some, melatonin works great as a sleep inducer. And it's non-habit-forming and available over-the-counter, two additional pluses.

You can get melatonin in a variety of vehicles: Pills, gummies, lozenges, and my favorite, as a liquid solution, like this offering.

I like the liquid version because it makes it quite easy to choose my dosage and because I can easily hold it in my mouth (under my tongue) to speed up absorption.

The liquid here has no other active ingredients, no calories, and tastes OK (artificially sweetened with stevia). 1 ml dropperful provides 3mg of melatonin, which is enough for many adults. For some adults, even half that dose is effective. By merely changing how full you load the dropper, you can modulate the amount you take.

Assuming 3mg doses, there are 50 in the bottle.

I tried ~3/5 dose (~2mg) and it worked fine for me--as well as the tablet melatonin I usually take, and it seemed to get things rolling a bit faster.

The combination of simple ingredients (and no other active ingredients other than melatonin) and liquid dosing make this a good option.

They work okay.

These Melatonin Liquid Concentrate Drops are little more difficult to use than expected. It was very hard to get a proper vial filled without air bubbles. Also, the top was hard to open. And frankly 3mg isn't enough to effectively induce sleep.
