I've struggled with Irritable Bowel Syndrome for 5 years and I've tried everything. This also has a digestive enzyme blend which seems to work really well with the probiotic as well as a berry antioxidant ingredient. I've been taking for two weeks now and the difference is astounding. My cramping and abdominal pain are barely noticeable and I don't walk around feeling bloated all day. Will 100% reorder, this has been a Godsend!!
