The bottle is false advertising. The product says 10 mg 180 flavored gummies. What they don't tell you is it's actually 5 mg gummies so you have to take two so you actually are only getting 90 at 10 mg each. This is total false advertising.

It tastes good. I like it's 5mg each, so I take 2. They work great! The subscribe and save is great!

This product is less expensive than brands like ZzzQuil, Natrol, Nature Made and is stronger, more effective, produces better sleep. I only regret waiting so long to try this product.

I've tried so many different brands and flavors. Child has complained about all of them being "so gross, vomit". He'll take these without a complaint. I call that a win!

I had to switch from another popular gummy brand that didn't seem to work to this brand and I must say that I have been sleeping great since doing so.

Just take 1 or 2 gummies & 20 mins go to bed, you’ll sleep uninterrupted for 8 hrs & not be hung over from the effects the next day. These are the higher dose 10 mg each so start with 1 & if that doesn’t do it take 2. Do not take more than 2. The protein in the gelatin of the gummie actually helps your body absorb it better than say in the pill forms.
