These pills are easy to swallow, and are gluten free. Comes with 30 pills and help a wide variety of ailments and the most important ones to me are muscle growth as I need this for my ankle which I broke the depression and anxiety that comes with breaking a bone along with joint and muscle pain that is just a few. I loved using this product and the benefits of using it. I feel really good after taking it and I am happy to say that the pain has decreased and I don't feel as anxious as I usually do. I really like how this worked and I am recommending it to anyone as it helps with a variety of different ailments! Since starting this supplement I notice less aches and discomfort after work outs. The main reason I take it is for digestive/gut health. I have only been taking it for about a month but I have noticed an improvement in my symptoms.

This is a great product used to repair colon problems. I suffer from IBS and this product seem to have calmed down my stomach. I feel that I have achieved regularity and have less diarrhea. I am thankful to have something to take that is natural and health for me as apposed to doctor prescribed medication. I just got this and I was appalled by the quantity. I take responsibility for not reading the fine print, but I paid $22 for 30 capsules and it says a serving is 2. So this bottle is only two weeks worth.<br />(The bottle is at the very least a horrible waste of plastic. It can easily hold 3 times the quantity).<br />Other brands are selling 120 count for a few dollars more. I can't speak to the efficacy because I just received it, but it is unlikely I will repurchase. I do not feel like this is a good value.

Was quite disappointed that you had to take two pills a day so you only got 15 days worth and four of the capsules in the bottle had broken open so very dissatisfied with the product quantity and price for the quantity
