I don’t usually have a hard time falling asleep but staying g asleep. This really helps me with that.

taken as directed an hour before bedtime I fall asleep quickly. However I wake up randomly during the night or early morning really somewhere between 2 and 4am and cannot get back to sleep I get the same result from Tylenol pm but with out the pain management

This really didn't work for me. But that may just be because I'm use to taking medication. My daughter swears by it. So everyone is different.

After trying all over the counter, plus 2 prescription attempts[Horrible- slept 3-4 hours on both kinds] I tried Sleep Longer. I had taken 3 mg melatonin for about 8 years but suddenly it would not work more than 3 hours, nor did increasing it. My Dr, of Chiropractic Med. said to try this for a few months as it might take that long to reregulate my sleep cycle. For last 2 years I awake usually about 3-4am for the day!!<br /><br /> I have used it 20 days now and 16 of them I got well over 8 hours sleep!!!! The other days it was waking at the same 4am for the day. Might be correlated with "worries". I am encouraged and will give it the full 2-3 months try.
