I feel compelled to review this product due to some of the other reviewers not being able to read the product description.<br /><br />NutraBio clearly states that this product tastes bad by itself. It does. It tastes horrible. It's like eating a ZipLoc bag that someone farted in. And there's nothing you can really do about it, as its taste overpowers everything I've thrown at it. Almond milk, PBFit, protein powder, etc, doesn't help.<br /><br />But that's exactly why this product is so wonderful. It's not loaded with a ton of fillers, mixers and, the worst, Sucralose. It's straight up BCAAs - which are known to taste bad.<br /><br />If you care about your health, take this. No question. Just expect to have a taste that resembles chewing a handful of Ibuprofen.<br /><br />If you don't care about your health, and you want to consume ingredients that you cannot pronounce, buy something that tastes good that's loaded with scientifically modified ingredients.<br /><br />It's pretty simple. If you're serious about your health, for the price, this cannot be beat!

I took into consideration the overwhelming feedback that this tastes nasty and planned accordingly. I bought organic frozen mango to put in the blender with the powder and water and some ice. I use about 2 cups liquid and ice total, 3 oz frozen mango, and one scoop of the BCAAs. I blend for about 15 seconds in my Vitamix, let it sit for 5 minutes, then finish blending for a minute or two. And let me tell you...it is delicious!! There is a slight bitter taste but it only tastes like maybe the mango wasn't quite ripe enough, nothing chemical or fake tasting. As this is my first BCAA powder I can't compare it to anything else, however I was pretty skeptical and must say that I do notice it takes the edge of my soreness the day after a hard weight session. Will be buying this from now on. First time is the charm!

This is probably one of the best BCAA powders I've tried (Natural + artificial: Optimum, Xtend, Promix, etc). The tea flavor is such a nice departure from the typical fruity versions and actually tastes like lightly sweetened sweet tea. I know some people have commented on the stevia (read: bitter) taste, but that's kind of the name of the game if you want to forgo nasty artificial sweeteners, and it's by no means overwhelming or even off-putting. Can't speak the effect of the drink at all (I've never really noticed any difference in body composition from drinking BCAAs), but for the taste and amount of servings, this is an incredible value. Even if you are just looking for a "healthier" version of a normal powdered drink mix, this is ideal. Will definitely buy again.

So I've been a vegan for a while and was completely grossed out when I discovered what most BCAAs are made from. I'm so glad I found this company. I use the lemonade flavor. I actually like the way it taste and look forward to drinking it. Thank you for sweeting it with stevia and monk fruit! So many other companies use sucralose and acesulfame potassium which we all know is toxic to the brain and Will cause high blood sugar. Will buy for as long as the company makes this!

This stuff is awesome. Non-GMO no fillers nor additives. Essentially no un-needed crap. As advertised and mirrored in the other reviews the taste is BAAAAAD! Real bad! If you're not using at minimum a blender shaker bottle or an actual blender then you are doing yourself a great disservice. It will not mix. Go ahead and stir it until you dislocate your shoulder. It will still sit atop the water in your glass in clumps mocking your efforts. It has the feel and consistency of cocaine. No density whatsoever. I have found that mixing it in a blender bottle with V8 helps significantly. Masks the taste but the after taste slowly turns bad. Just have something else handy to chase it down with. That said I've been using this for several days and workouts and it is far and away the best BCAA supplement I've ever used. Great results coupled with it's purity make it my BCAA of choice going forward.

Clean pure and great...! I really like NutaBio<br />Update: I just bought this product for the 9th time. I was surprised and sad to see that we are now getting 100 less grams (300 instead of 400) for the same price. I just clicked the reorder button like I always had without looking too hard. Still a great product but the price point is now not very good. Sorry but this has to cost a star maybe two.
