I remember being extremely stressed out a lot before taking this. But now that I take this, I literally feel calm even in the most high pressure/anxiety situations. It doesn't let the stress take over you. All I take is one a day, but that's all you need. I did research and read that it's good to take a week off of using it once and awhile so you don't become immune to the feeling. But overall this defintely helps with stress and energy levels. Works even better if you have a good diet.

Wow...I would have never guessed in a million years this would actually work for me... I only take one a day and I was taking it early in the morning around 6 a.m. when I would leave for work but I noticed I was getting afternoon crashes and I would get really really tired so I started taking it later in the morning about 10 a.m. and it really works it gives me amazing energy it does uplift my mood I mean it's not a miracle supplement but it does work...it does upset my belly though and it does make me go to the bathroom but other than that I love it I will continue to take this

I'm always a little skeptical about really good reviews, thinking a product will not work for me as good as for everyone else. I bought these to help with menopausal anxiety, wow, these really work! I noticed results within 2 days. I was taking them daily, no anxiety at all. Then I went out of town for 3 days, didn't bring these pills with me and noticed how my anxiety came back! So I went to take them right after I got back. I just ordered 2 more bottles, these work really good for me.

Quality product . No artificial ingredients and it's all organic. Just started using it and so far I can feel the difference in my stress. Which is sky high. It doesn't make me tired which I like because I am tired enough as it is. The price was great. In stores I've never found quality ashwagandha for less than 12$ a bottle.

I just got this yesterday, so I cannot say how it is benefitting me yet. A coworker of mine takes it for stress relief and anxiety and it is helping her tremendously. So, I thought I would give this a try. The product shipped fast and right on time. This product is made with organic Ashwagandha and organic black pepper. The black pepper is for maximum absorption. I take two pills about 30 minutes before a meal. They do not have a strong odor, and I have had no problems with heartburn. When this bottle is finished, I will update on my results.
