I bought this product, but was disappointed that the labeling on amazon does not reflect the actual packaging. After I bought the product I noticed a warning the California's cancer-warning policy...This product contains chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer/reproductive harm. I don't know what this means for this product, but I am trying you use this product to improve my digestive health, so this labeling is a warning flag for me and I would not have purchased it if I had seen it. I feel especially concerned when a company doesn't show it on their product on amazon and I don't know it until I receive the product in the mail. It feels like there is something to hide. I didn't taste the product, so I gave it a 3 star, since I am not sure how the product is because I returned it.

After trying the product I right off the bat realized something was not right. It tastes artificially sweet, which makes me believe that they added some sort or sweetener to the formula. Someone asked about it in the "questions" session and the answer they gave was: " It was made with a inherent sweet taste but doesn't have any added sweeteners", whatever that means. Regular Glutamine is sweet but not like this, Usually 99% of the time I turn out to be right when I have an intuition, and right now it is telling me strongly that something is not right here. Second issue, it's a big container but when you open it you realize it's half empty which is an old technique they use to make you believe you getting a lot of stuff. Third issue: There's a warning on the container that says "this product will expose you to LEAD, a known chemical that can cause cancer, infertility, birth defects and other reproductive harm. You have to be insane to take this product. I'm sending this back. Someone asked about it on the "questions" session and the answer was: "Everything causes cancer nowadays, you just have to pick your battles." I mean, at least they were truthful, that the product will cause you harm. I want my money back!

I purchased this product as it was recommended by a functional MD to try and reduce my symptoms of leaky gut. I mixed it with their brand vanilla milkshake. Folks, I only used this once and so far I didn't experience ANY of my typical lower GI discomfort I have when drinking protein shakes, even with using almond milk! I'll revise my review if something changes, but this I think they are on to something!

Dr. Axe recommends this form of glutamine for leaky gut bc it’s more absorbable than the free form kind.<br /><br />I got a stomach ache every time from the freeform kind and had to stop taking that kind. Good news though with this kind, I don’t get a stomach ache.<br /><br />I just started taking it and following Dr. Axe’s leaky gut protocol from his book “Eat Dirt”, which I recommend.

Spouse and I have been using this specific Glute for almost a decade now bc it is simply the best we’ve found....it drastically reduces muscle soreness recovery time. We drink unflavored w water. (Im Not paid or given free product for this review)

I used to wake up very stiff due to my fibromyalgia. I couldn't even open my hands. I felt like I was in Rigor mortis. I read that with rigor mortis, the ATP production diminishes and that is what causes the stiffness. So I read that your product replaces that in the body. I ordered some and took it and my morning stiffness is nearly gone. THANK YOU!
