I was looking for L. Reuteri to help deal with a C Diff infection. Well, this one did it. This arrived very quickly and packaged well so as to stay cool during transit. I tried to culture some of this into coconut yogurt and it was successful so it is a live and very viable strain.<br />This strain also helped clear up much of the dysbiosis and especially candida. It cleared up oral thrush in ~3 days of using the “tad” dose one per day with some water.<br />Do expect some Herxheimer (die off) symptoms as this strain is a very powerful antagonist to many pathogenic and dysbiotic microbes.

....great improvement. Or maybe that is just because I am eating better. Does this one supplement help? Is it possible to answer that question? Only my hairdresser knows for sure.

I usually take Custom probiotis with 200 to 400 billion organisms per gram for many years as I have a gut disbyosis but they ran out of this species. This brand gives me bloating and a lot of stomach noise, even a small dosage.

Will be buying again.

Been taking this for about six weeks. Energy is more consistent and I feel less sluggish in the afternoons. Happy with the purchase.
