This is a great product! It's filled with quality ingredients, take a look at the label in depth if you haven't already, packed with great stuff. It really works and helps for workout recovery. Also, that flavor is fantastic!! It's also a bit different than a lot of the usual flavors you come across (berry, fruit punch, orange, etc). Not many mint limeade flavored products out there so I really like having something unique and it goes down very easily.

I take my daily workouts seriously. So I need a strong repair drink that works just as hard as me, once I’m done sweating. This delicious product not only did the trick, but I had more energy and strength at the end of my recovery time. This stuff works great, plus the Mint Limeade flavor added a bit of excitement to my down time!

Caused stomach upset almost every dose. May work fine for others but definitely not for me.
