I heard it takes about 8 weeks to start to see results, but it’s not even a month and he seems better conversing with family and friends. He’s a teen and has some aspergers issues. Only once a day for the first bottle. I will increase to twice a day with the next. Capsule is big, he chews instead of swallowing it. I’ll review again in 2 months.
This is the best formula for such an obscure amino acid supplement. Pure Encapsulations products are some of the best (love de mercola as well) It’s worth paying extra for a product that is this consistent and effective. I use this as part a supplement regimen for strengthening resistance to allergies and for recovery.
