I researched probiotics for weight loss and came across 7 specific strains that aid in battling the bulge. I looked at tons of brands and read thousands of reviews and finally chose this product for several reasons. 1. It had all 7 strains I was looking for in 1 product. 2. It was cost effective in comparison to other brands, 3. It had good reviews better than most, and 4. It was 1 pill a day not 2 or 3 or more multiple tes daily. As that is hard for me to stick with.<br /><br />I've been taking daily for 2 and a half weeks now and have seen a decrease in stomach issues ( diarrhea, Gerd, cramps, bloating, gas) and I have also noticed my skin improving. Since I haven't changed anything else I can only assume it's from this. I haven't weighed in yet but I do feel better overall and my mid section is noticeably less bloated.

For the affordable price, this is the only probiotic I take. I actually only take 1 capsule instead of 2 to extend the months out.

This probiotic is an effective powerhouse. One of the few on the market that contains the strain gasseri (clinically proven to reduce waist circumference per NIH study). The price is fair. Great probiotic. Noticed a difference in waist bloat.

I was looking for a new probiotic with a higher potency after suffering a bad UTI. This one fit the bill with 120 Billion CFU. What really sold me though is the clean ingredients. It’s so hard to find supplements without extra junk in them. I also like that the serving size it just one capsule instead of 2 or 3 like other brands.

I went looking for a probiotic that had a lot of strains of bacteria and was economical. This one promotes 200 billion per capsule. Heck, I thought 100 billion would be enough per day. It had a tough job to do because I consume a lot of protein. Due to the effects of a high protein diet, bathroom break time was never enjoyable. Well, this stuff took care of that problem and keeps everything moving as it should. I'm glad I purchased it and I WILL be purchasing it again!
