I am absolutely grateful for this product. For the last year and a half I haven’t slept very well at all. I would go to bed at 10, wake up at one I would be awake until four or five. Not getting on my phone or the computer. Either getting up out of bed and sitting in the living room or I would lay in bed and toss and turn all night long. And then I would sleep in till nine or 10 in the morning after I fell asleep again. But with this product I take two of them every night when I go to bed and I sleep! Praise the Lord!

I really like this product, as an insomniac I take with a small dose of melatonin. It doesn't keep me from waking up but it helps me relax so I can fall back to sleep quickly.<br /><br />My waking time at night has been cut down from around 2 hours to about 20-30 minutes. I also get much more restful sleep witout waking up groggy.

Maltodextrin, why?<br />A chemical sugar often derived from GMO corn, do you really think this should be advertised as healthy?

This herbal sleep formula is amazing! I have been waking up in the middle of the night unable to get back to sleep. I tried herbal teas but nothing worked until I tried this herbal formula! I take one before bed and have been sleeping all night waking up refreshed. Thank you!!

All the MegaFood products are of excellent quality and performance for their stated purpose, so that's beyond further comment. They also use premium dark glass bottles for containers. So what impressed me the most was how carefully this seller packed the two MegaFood products I ordered through Amazon for delivery to me; you would have thought these sturdy glass bottles were fragile glass Christmas tree ornaments. That's a reflection of the seller's care to deliver these quality products to their customers undamaged.

Not consistent results. Best herbal product for good sleep is cannabis.
