I placed the supposed 'red plastic peices' she whinged about in HER review in water and they dissolved over three days. The red coating was gone the first day. 'Plastic' OBVIOUSLY DOES NOT DO THAT ! Probiotics are time release, so they have coatings to maintain integrity for longer periods in the gastric acid enviornment of the stomach. Someone to whom "Health and Wellness is my line of business" should know these most simplistic aspects..........

These have strange red plastic pieces in them. I guess they thought no one would open them. I don't what that is in them. And Health and wellness is my line of business. Never seen red plastic as a probiotic. I could be wrong...

Been taking this for about six weeks. Energy is more consistent and I feel less sluggish in the afternoons. Happy with the purchase.
