Used this for a few nights now, wouldn't say its better or worse than any other melatonin I've used in the past. It to its credit does seem to kick in faster than the dissolvable tablets which is nice, however given the quantity, and price (while not expensive) you are paying some premium for the liquid.<br /><br />The dropper has two marks labeled on it (0.5ml, and 1ml which I am guessing is 5mg, and 10mg respectively) so that was nice as well. I was kinda curious as I couldn't find any mention of a dosing mark, just take dropper full but the marks are in fact there.<br /><br />The taste isn't offensive, yet isn't delicious either, I would say it tastes like very cheap jelly, but watered down, if that makes any sense. Not a strong flavor to it, there is something else there however I'm not exactly sure how to describe it.<br /><br />TL;DR<br />While not amazing I am pleased with it, it does kick in relatively quickly, and I'm indifferent on the flavor.

I don't see how there is any melatonin in this. For comparison, I usually use a 1mg strawberry flavored dissolvable melatonin tablet, I think by Naturol. Knocks my kids out for the night within 15 minutes. With this liquid, I started out with 1/4 of a dropper, which should have been 2.5mg of melatonin. Nothing. So I increased to half a dropper, which should be 5mg (whole dropper is supposedly 10mg) and again, literally NOTHING. In fact they seem to have an even harder time falling asleep than without any melatonin at all. This product does not work whatsoever. Really disappointing! I'm not even going to continue using it, I'll just throw it out and buy my regular brand.

I have been using another brand that has a good flavor. I bought this because it was cheaper. It most definitely works. Just needed to chase it with some water which I don't have to do with the other.<br />Small price to pay.

I've gone through several liquid melatonin brands and this one is by far the best and most affective!

I normally buy the melatonin capsules. Thought I would try this instead. Glad I did. Works well. Relaxes my brain so I can sleep.
