This unfortunately isn't a true replacement for B Un-stressed, however, since that product was discontinued by the manufacturer - they suggest this as it's suitable alternative. This is more of an addition to B Un-stressed, not a replacement.
These vitamins have helped me overcome my depression and minimized my anxiety.<br />And they are easily digested.
Another great product from MegaFoods. Does not replace the Unstress formula but nice addition.
I have very sensitive body, and I react to most of the medications, but this one I promise you is worth the try! It helped me so much without any side effects. Very easy in the stomach and you can take it whenever.
Not sure if I am experiencing the placebo effect but, have noticed I have had less anxiety since starting 3 weeks ago. Will continue and hopefully it does in fact help
