I ended up not even trying the tablets because of the interaction with medication warning on the side of the bottle. However, I give Source Naturals a lot of credit for putting the warning on the bottle, many supplement companies do not. I would trust Source Naturals as a great resource for supplements because of the honest labeling.

as a health educator I am aware of the things the body requires to function and the fact that most of us do not eat right. so my husband and I both take this supplement. have taken other aminos that cause stomach upsets, this one does not. has no bad taste or smell either. will purchase again. good amino products are hard to find.

I can no longer exchange item When opening the bottle all of the pills are crumbing and moist. BEWARE this product is inferior in quality and not refundable or return for change. Look at the photos and you will understand the disappointment.

Seemed to work for me. I felt as though I was sore for less days while I was taking this. Most days I eat a lot of protein so for me the difference was subtle. Though on days I did not have as much protein it really did seem to help. Perhaps for someone who does not get as much protein this may work better for.

I don't eat a lot of meat. This is a great way to make sure I get enough Amino Acids. My nutritionist said Free-Form was the best.

Wish it was non-GMO, but this does provide the full complement of amino acids to supplement my diet. Efficient delivery.
