One a day. Have had zero stomach issues since starting these. Has helped with heartburn issues too. I like the fact it has over 10 strains.

I have been taking probiotics due to digestion/elimination issues for years although honestly never felt a huge difference. I've always taken the popular (and expensive) brands but never any with prebiotics included. Recently, we were out of town and I had forgotten my probiotic so my husband bought some at a local grocery for me. I took two as usual and couldn't believe the difference they made regarding regularity especially. I've always taken prebiotics separately with my probiotic and still never had the regularity these provide. Also, I see they have many strains while my $$$ brand has only one strand.

Unfortunately the package i received had a defective pill which made me question the quality and control of the company. Sadly I don’t think I’ll be coming back as a natures truth consumer.
