This is the best melatonin brand I've tried so far. There's nothing in the pills except melatonin and rice flour. So no stearate or silicon dioxide. They're also very small and easy to swallow.<br /><br />I have frequently ran into production quality issues relating to accuracy of melatonin content when buying capsules or gummies as opposed to tablets. These have the best melatonin content accuracy of the brands I've tried.<br /><br />This is the only brand I will be purchasing from now on.

Best melatonin I have used.

I have been taking other brand of several 10mg melatonin every night for many years and bought this to replace 2 of them, to take less pills. Since I started taking these almost a week ago, I’ve only been able to sleep 4 hrs at night, which makes my feel too tired during the day. I won’t spend the money to test and prove it, but won’t buy this again.

Absolutely zip, zero difference. Nada more to say except I really wanted, needed, hoped it would work.

Good product at a good price.

I fall asleep so quickly with these and take the higher dose because of my breast cancer diagnosis. Very happy with these pills. Glad that they are clean and no fillers.
