Amazing product, It was just what I needed!
I had really been concerned with boosting my immune system, after all the Covid-19 concerns and eating healthier So when I tired this product, I have found it to be all it claims to be. My belly is flatter, I have regular strain-free digestive movements and have certainly lost 11lbs without effort in the last 30 days of taking this product. The small capsules were easy to swallow, only two a day, and no upset stomach concerns. I have made it a part of my regular supplement routine and I would recommend it to anyone but especially the over age 50 group of women and men.

Great option for digestive health
I have tried several Pre/Probiotic supplements in the past few months with mixed experiences. And I’d like to say that my experience with this one has been quite positive. I have been using this supplement for the past 3 weeks and have not experienced any bloating, constipation or abdominal pains. In addition, it has helped with regularity. Would purchase this again.

A good overall Prebiotic/Probiotic
I've been taking this product for about 3 weeks. While I haven't noticed any huge differences, I wasn't really expecting that. I just want to have a good pre and probiotic daily supplement to keep my digestive and immune system healthy. This supplement is smaller than what I was taking before which is a big plus to me because I have problems swallowing big pills and capsules. I'm happy with product and the price.

Easy on the gut, no aftertaste.
Works really well with my gut issues, doesn't make my stomach upset at all. Doesn't conflict with my other medications either. Easy to swallow, no aftertaste. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for this type of supplement..

Works great... no bloating, allows my body to absorb the good nutrients.
I was taking a probiotic, and gave this combination pre/pro biotic a try. My stomach feels great, no bloating or issues when taking this product. Having a healthy gut is important for being able to allow your body to absorb nutrients and minerals from your food and other supplements. Don't waste your money on supplements, if your gut is not in good working order!
I wanted to try these for a few weeks before leaving a review. I am quite pleased with this product, I have noticed a slight bit of increased energy but overall while perhaps not for everyone, I personally have noticed a decrease in my appetite. The price is quite fair and there is no odor to the pills, and also very easy to swallow as they are not overly large in design.
