Been taking this for a couple of weeks and so far so good. Definitely helps me relax. Pills are manageable size. Pretty potent smell but not terrible and quickly goes away once swallowed- no aftertaste.

This product worked like a miracle. The last product I used that was similar to this one was discontinued, so after much research I found this one. This product helped me to relax my mind and body to fall asleep and stay asleep. If you are a person that struggles with stress this is a fabulous sleep aid and I highly recommend.

I've tried many things for sleep assistance. This is one solid blend and it works for me. Melatonin, Chamomile, Passion Flower, Lemon Balm, and Ashwagandha, you usually don't get these many together except in a tea. I usually fall asleep faster and stay asleep with fewer interruptions in the night. Recommended.
