You can tell this is a quality formulation; transparent labeling and third-party tested. Great value for the serving count — works out cheaper per dose than the big brands. Started noticing better recovery after about two weeks of consistent use.

Impressed on every front
The flavor is genuinely good — not chalky or overly sweet like a lot of others I've tried. Packaging is sturdy and the freshness seal was fully intact on arrival. Sleep quality went up almost immediately, which is exactly what I wanted.

Smooth flavor with no weird aftertaste, which is rare in this category. Started noticing better recovery after about two weeks of consistent use. Dissolves completely in water, even without a blender.
