Not chewable.

I have been taking GNC melatonin for a long time and used to another GNC Melatonin that is cherry favor and chewable. I thought that would the same, but this one is not.

Bought for my mom, they didn’t work

My mom deals with the struggle of falling asleep so she takes Melatonin every night. These ones didn’t work at all, so she ended up getting another brand.<br /><br />I sometimes have issues falling asleep, too. So I decided to take the ones she didn’t want. The first night I took one and it worked, but the second night it didn’t! I’ve been taking them 2 at a time now, which help somehow.

These taste horrible. My kids would only try them once. They are chalky and gross. But they do work
