I've tried other brands that have had no effect. With this brand of Ashwagandha, I get a calming feeling<br />in about 10 minutes or so. I dont take it regularly. Just when I'm feeling stressed. It works for me, my<br />son, and my husband. Husband takes it before golf to help relax. Son takes it more regularly due to<br />being stressed out with classes/school.
Can't remember to take daily so I can't really tell if it's beneficial just yet.
Ran out & could not find this brand locally, I've tried other brands (3) and all have have manage to make me nauseous, Spring Valley brand I tolerate fine, the positive benefits are noticeable , not to exaggerate this review based on reviews of other Ashwagandha brands, I SEEM to fall asleep quicker & easier and sleep better. I take 1 pill right before bedtime.
