These did a great job on calming my anxiety and my body down. I felt much more relaxed and comfortable but they didn't help me sleep whatsoever. I'm disappointed but only because my resistance to sleeping aids seems to be so high. I was so hoping these would work for me but no luck.

Five nights ago when I took Total Sleep, I slept for SEVEN UNINTERRUPTED hours for the first time in almost a decade. Seven hours is like manna from heaven for me. Usually I average four to five hours sleep and then can't get back to sleep once I awaken in the early morning hours. Despite numerous environmental changes (blackout shades, no electronics, sleep music, etc.) and testing out other remedies, I couldn't get seven hours sleep ever. I've finished my fifth consecutive night taking Total Sleep and having seven hours of uninterrupted rest. Love the sleep!

I am confused about the use of your product. Very little information about how it works was not available with the package. The instructions are to "use it daily"..... why would it be used daily if it is to help with sleep!. I suggest you make it clear as to the time of the day to use the product if it is being used to help with sleep..at least for those that sleep at night. I am still waiting for a few good results from the capsules........not sure it is going to help me. Am 79 years of age and have great difficulty getting to sleep and staying a sleep for more than a few hours at a time. I'm in good health but just don't sleep well. Was hoping your natural product would help me some. Not looking for a miracle....just a little something to rest better. Thanks.

Just buy them!! I replaced Unisom with these for a more natural remedy during pregnancy. I sleep throughout the night every time I take them, and sleep soooo sound. Must have!! Will be buying more.

I am pregnant and have been having THE WORST issue I’ve ever had in my entire life with sleeping. I usually am up from about 12 until 3 am every night after going to bed at 9. This was my first night taking these supplements and besides me waking up to go to the restroom, I slept like an absolute rock. It was a very natural feeling sleep, not that hard “I’m not waking up even if the world ends” cold medicine sleep but more like the “mid day nap after swimming” type of sleep. I am a nurse who used to work night shifts for a good 3 months before I decided to quit because it was killing my body. I tried Tylenol pm to get my body back to my original sleeping pattern and it worked for a while if I didn't use it often. But using that to sleep all the time isn't good. So I wanted to do something natural. I tried melatonin didn't do jack for me. I saw this product and I thought to myself OK this is natural and I can use it daily. It came on time, and the box was well presented and it smells very good like a fruity smell. However it didn't help me at all. If anything it gave me bad stomach aches. The box says to take two and when I did my stomach was not having it. I don't know if it's the ingredients but it wasn't for me at all. I tried one pill instead of two and I was getting the same effect. Maybe it could help others because everyone is different but for me instead of trying to sleep I was in stomach pain for the whole night. I threw the whole bottle in the garbage and tried to exercise, and be active in the day and stick to a good sleep schedule.<br /><br />If anyone wants to try it, I suggest taking one pill first. The box says take two but take it slow and see if it works. I gave it two stars because it was well presented and it did come on time. But they have to work on the ingredients.
