Well expensive depending on your need, these are the best. I was taking daily IV infusion of mega antibiotics and needed the most potent probiotic to assist my gut. These have worked beautifully and I have not had any issues related to the massive dosage of antibiotics.
I was looking for a probotic that had a prebotic in it. In a nutshell, a prebotic feeds the probotic which helps keep your immune system strong and healthy. I stacked this with my garlic supplement and I haven't had a cold in 4 years.
These are my favorite probiotics.
Been taking this for about six weeks. Energy is more consistent and I feel less sluggish in the afternoons. Happy with the purchase.
Caused stomach upset almost every dose. May work fine for others but definitely not for me.
