This KSM-66 works well on my anxiety.I sleep better when I take it and its cheaper than taking anxiety medications. Ashwagandha is natural stress reliever.Don't expect your anxiety to go away,but ashwagandha will alleviate it.
I can’t be the only one reviewing this thinking this wasn’t a suppository. Listen up, people - this is meant to be taken….ORALLY. Perhaps some clarification is needed on the bottle.<br /><br />And I hear all you haters out there thinking this is funny. It’s not. It was unpleasant.<br /><br />But once I took this ashwghanda orally, it eased the discomfort and mental stress I had from mistaking this as a suppository. I recommend this supplement and think you should take it (orally).
After taking this product for 30 days I noticed an increase in my libido, energy, and energy. My confidence increased and anxiety decreased. I started with 2 caps in the AM then 14 days in I was taking 2 caps in the AM and 2 in the PM and that is when I felt the most “alpha” feeling. Overall an awesome product for someone who is wanting to supplement with KSM-66.
