Update: I up my dose to three a day and that seems to be perfect. I also added another star because these are the best probiotics I have taken. In my original review I compared these with other high quality probiotics I have taken in the past. I can now say these are without a doubt the best I have taken at a price that's incredible. 5 Stars all day<br /><br />I have just finished my 60 capsules supply (2 a day. 1 morning & 1 evening) . I'm a big component for keeping gut health in check and that's exactly what the probiotics do.<br />No Miracle cure for any ailments or diseases but a quality probiotic that will aid in digestive tract functions. My biggest reason for taking these is the ability to absorb my multivitamin ( no more neon yellow pee) as well as regulate my gut health.<br />I have taken some of the most expensive pro biotics and also have tried some of the cheap ones. These work perfectly for my needs and cost roughly half of what my local pharmacy charges for the same quality and quantity.<br />I took away one star because there is no recommend dose on the bottle. If you're an average Joe like myself then two a day is a great dose. If you're a vegan then one a day will be just fine .<br />I'm ordering my next bottle today.

With so many probiotics on the market it’s really hard to know which ones to buy. I have tried s couple different brands and they were fine but I was looking for a more affordable option if I was going to be taking these daily for the rest of my life. I decided to try amazons brand mainly because amazon has always seemed to stand behind their products and the price. I have to say that I was very pleasantly surprised. Within just two days I absolutely felt better and was seeing/feeling a difference in my gut. I immediately bought a second bottle and made my husband start taking them. Very glad I tried these and would absolutely recommend.

I have been taking a probiotic for over a year now and have been taking this brand for about 2 weeks. Overall it’s working out really good. I wanted to write the review because I have noticed that when I take it in the morning before breakfast on an empty stomach I could literally go almost all day without eating because I am just not hungry. I personally don’t struggle with my weight but I’m hoping this information might help someone who is and give them a tool to help there struggle. I am not a doctor just a regular person who hopes to help.

I take one of these in the morning and I have to say I feel less bloated and have better digestion all day. I have issues with digestion and discomfort after eating, but this has seemed to be a benefit and I notice an improvement - especially in the evening. Seems to be working for me.

I used another brand for about 5-6 years. I decided to give these a try when I saw them on the pearls page. These have a 5 billion vs 1 billion in the pearls . In the first few days of taking them I noticed I had to take a lot more BMs compared to the pearls. After that my body adjusted and they went back to normal. I tend to get gas very easily but I have noticed that these perform better than the pearls in that matter. I used to have to take another pearl in the evening sometime to alleviate discomfort. I have never needed to take more than one of these a day. Add in the price difference and I'm sold on these.
