My GI doctor recommended that I take a probiotic twice a day to promote a healthy digestive system. In simple terms "It Works!" I have IBS and struggled with diarrhea. Once taking Probiotic, life changed. I have tried many brands and found the gummies much easier to use. They do not have to be refrigerated and they taste good. After using them for 2 weeks I have not had any symptons of IBS.

I'm going on a gummie binge lately. All of my supplements are coming out in gummie form. But it's a lot of sugar, except for these. These have more of a jellybean texture. But the advantage is these are sugar free. They taste pretty good, not overly sweet and might be suitable for travel (which none of us are doing these days). I'm not a regular probiotic consumer, except when I travel. It helps with sudden change in diet and tummy issues.

This is the second product from Lifecentric that I have tried. The first was their Apple Cider Gummies which my wife and I quite liked. So, we were expecting a similar type of gummy when we ordered the Probiotic Gummies.<br /><br />However, the texture is quite different than the Apple Cider Gummies. Not bad, just different!<br /><br />That being said, I do feel better as I have been taking these probiotics for over 2 weeks now. Fewer stomach issues is always a benefit and encouraging! I also like the fact that these are super free. It seems like so many of the gummies that are out there now for vitamins and supplements are full of unnecessary sugar.<br /><br />So far, so good...

These are a very good product for the money. I like To use gummy vitamins in my diet because they’re easier for me to take and obviously they taste good so that’s a bonus so as long as the gummy‘s taste good and do their job I’m happy so I ordered these because I wanted to add a probiotic to my diet I felt it was a good idea to do so<br /><br />First these are not one of those real soft squishy gummy‘s like candy these are a more firm consistency. They are not overly sweet. They have a fruit flavor and there are two flavors. Citrus and Berry. They are good. Actually sooo good I can eat more thsn a serving of them which is 2. They are sugar free so that’s another plus. I feel better since I started these and I have not experienced and stomach discomfort which I have with other products. There is no aftertaste either. I dislike vitamins leaving an ick feeling after you eat them. I like the way you can eat them. A bit firm and they are not sticky gooey where they stick to your teeth. The firmness does not allow this which I like.<br /><br />Second is the negative which is not a negative fir me. They are not sickening sweet.<br /><br />Over all I am very pleased and will buy them again. For the money they are well worth it. 100 gummies gives you 3 months supply

Reviewing a supplement is always a little dicey. I mean, I can't lab-test the gummies to ensure that the labeling is correct. And a probiotic is probably too subtle to notice any big changes in a relatively healthy person like myself. So I'll start with taste - it tastes pretty good. I wouldn't confuse these with actual candy, but there is no trouble getting myself to eat two a day. I don't notice any big changes in my health, but this is a good strain of bacteria that is decently supported by research, so I figure it's good for me. Hard to find a product that tastes good and is good for you, so this is a win in my book.

Really just writing a review so that maybe the company sees this. I used to buy these and really enjoyed them but the past two or three bottles I’ve received taste bad, like chemical taste. Hoping I can be notified if these improve soon. Thank you!
