BioEmblem Seriously Work! Finally Got A Week Of Great Rest

After trying common OTC drugs like ZzzQuil to help with my sleep, I really wanted to go with a more natural route. I’ve always had problems sleeping through the night and I really wasn’t a fan of the grogginess I’d feel the next morning with ZzzQuil. For around 2 months, I tried different oils and teas that people online said would help and they would work for a little bit but then have no effect after a week. I even began taking some meditation classes at the studio by my house but still, I had trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. My friend suggested I look at taking a sleep aid and after doing A LOT of research online I settled on BioEmblem’s formula. It seriously does WORK!

1. Melatonin: All the popular sleep aids are going to have melatonin. It’s critical for helping your body recognize when it’s time to go to sleep and the 6mg in BioEmblem is a perfect amount.
2. 5-HTP and Suntheanine: These are both amino acids that TheSleepDoctor.com recommends you take for getting better sleep. 5-HTP helps regulate our mood and sleep cycles while also reducing stress and anxiety symptoms. Suntheanine is a patented type of L-Theanine that calms your brain and enhances alpha brain waves. It’s great to see that they’re using an ingredient that has actual studies done on it.
3. Valerian Root, Lemon Balm, Chamomile, Passionflower: These are all different types of herbs and plants that can help you fall asleep. I actually used to take a lot of these in tea form and they would help but not for very long. Maybe it’s just the combination of all of them together that makes them really work!

So how’s my sleep now? It is AWESOME! My biggest problems were not being able to fall asleep because my head was constantly overthinking and not being able to stay asleep, like always waking up to the slightest sounds even. I began taking just one capsule of these at night 30 minutes before bed like they recommend. At first there was a slight effect, so then I moved to 2 capsules and now it’s really working after just a week.

These capsules do a great job of slowly lulling me to sleep, it doesn’t just all hit at once. I can really feel myself becoming calmer and more relaxed after I take the capsules. There’s no crazy brain fog that you’ll get from other sleep aids. No more staying awake until 130am or 230am for me! I also really like how I wake up feeling great as well. I’m not as much of a zombie as I used to be in the morning, though I wouldn’t really call myself a morning person yet hehe.

So if you need help with your sleep, get these! Everyone knows the benefits of getting a great night’s rest and this BioEmblem Sleep Aid can definitely help. It’s got all the different ingredients you need and so far for me, absolutely no negative side effects! Love it.

Great Sleep + Waking Up Refreshed = Perfect For Serious Travelers!

As a consultant, it’s safe to say that I travel A LOT like most consultants do. For me, that means I’m on the road Monday to Thursday, hopefully only a car drive away for my client but more often than not I have to fly there. Between the different time zones, long work hours, and crazy deadlines, it’s a very stressful job and my mind always feels like it’s going at 100 mph. What this ultimately means though is that I don’t sleep very well at all. On a good night, I’ll wake up just twice in the middle of the night. Most nights though I’m restless and constantly tossing and turning.

So I decided to start looking into sleep aid supplements that could help. My friend from work said that he’d been trying this BioEmblem brand (he already takes their Magnesium) and that it had really helped him when he traveled so I bought a bottle. THIS STUFF WORKS. It took maybe a week before I really felt the full effects but these capsules have been huge for helping me fall asleep and even more importantly, stay asleep. By the end of a week of taking them, I managed to sleep straight through the night and got at least 7 hours of sleep in back to back nights.

These are also fantastic because I wake up feeling totally refreshed and a lot less groggy than compared to previous things I used to take for my sleep like NyQuil (gosh I hate how that stuff tastes). When I forget to take this several nights in a row, I definitely don’t fall asleep as well. Overall, this is a FANTASTIC product that I highly recommend to anyone whose a big traveler and needs help falling asleep when they’re in a bed that’s not their own. It’s the first thing I pack before traveling and sometimes I panic if I don’t see it in my luggage right away when unpacking, but it’s always somewhere buried in my clothes. As long as the quality of the ingredients and product stay the same, I’ll definitely continue purchasing this.

Helping me take control of my sleep.

I’ve taken melatonin on and off for years. Most of the time I got about 4 hours of really great sleep, but that was it. I always took it if I needed to get up earlier than normal as well.

Lately I’ve needed more than what melatonin was able to provide. I’ve been having problems falling asleep, but once I do, getting up was not in the cards. I was oversleeping. Sleep patterns were just all out of whack.

My brother suggested valerian root, so when I saw this product that offered and magnesium as well (suggested for migraines, though need a much higher dose), I thought what did I have to lose?

This stuff is fantastic! First off all, take it when you know you can get a solid 8 hours. Second, I’d probably suggest taking it on a weekend if there’s an opportunity to sleep in.

I’ve been taking it for about a week now, but not every night. I’m thrilled because not only am I not up all night, but I’m getting a solid 7 - 7.5 hours of sleep. Before I was lucky to get 4 - 4.5. I’m going to bed at a decent time. And it’s also helped with my migraines (presume because I’m getting a decent night’s rest)

The only side effect for me is that I still want to continue sleeping when the alarm goes off in the morning, so I’m not popping out of bed. I’m pretty groggy but better that than miserable.

Great sleep, no grogginess!

Previously I've been taking CVS 10 mg sleep pills, but man I would be soo sleepy that I couldn't wake up and would need to sleep more! These rock, because when you wake up you don't feel groggy. However you have to take note that you do not fall asleep instantly. It takes affect maybe after 10 minutes or more. So I recommend totally taking these for sure if you know u need to sleep ahead of time instead of those who cant sleep and decide to take it later.

Better sleep quality

I’m an athelete, I use a device ‘whoop’ to measure my sleep quality and my workouts. I’m going to be honest with my review. Befoee I sleep I always drink some herbal tea and recently I started using the bioemblem ‘sleep aid’ I basically open the two capsules and emty them in my pre-bed herbal tea cup. I started noticing I have been getting better sleep quality as in ‘REM’ and ‘SWS’. Here are some pictures. And please don’t put in mind when you take it you’ll just have a better sleep quality, what you’ve been doing all day will affect your sleep as example you workout, you drank, you eat healthy...etc

These have allowed sleep that has evaded 3 of us here for years!

I purchased this to aid myself, my eldest (22 y/o), and another fall asleep. My schedule is such that it is difficult to fall asleep (12 hr nights with varying schedule and toddler at home + usual family duties), my eldest has been an insomniac for over a decade, going through the 600 count bottle of diphenhydramine at a bulk supply store in a matter of months. It would take me two years to go through that much but just 25 mg makes me groggy if I don't get at least 8 hours of sleep after taking it. In comes this "dream come true". It has only been 2 nights, but night one for the eldest was aces. According to him "this works better than anything I've tried, ever!" He said it took an hour to work, but he was sleep by the planned time and slept deeply, waking refreshed. It took about 2 hours to kick in for me on night one, but I slept deep (which I rarely do) and woke with energy. The third one fell asleep within 20 minutes and slept deeply all night, waking in a great mood. Night two, worked the same for the eldest, kicked in within an hour for me but I was awakened twice during the night, but did fall back to sleep easy! For the third one it took longer to kick in but the sleep was the same as the first night. Tonight is night 3, eldest has been sleep for a few hours now, I took them about an hour ago, but because I have been focused I choose to stay awake, when I relax for sleep I know they'll kick in. For the third one, well 1/3 the dose and out like a light! So, the results have varied slightly by person, time of effect, etc., it is a 3 thumbs up in this household that this product works as it claims. Sidenote: I have had very vivid dreams with great recall in the 2 nights I've had it. The eldest said no dreams since taking the 2 nights. The third one gave no input.
