In order to get the same amount of Melatonin in one dose at bedtime I used to have to take as many as 4 pills of lower dosage from other vendors, going thru several bottles a year at quite a higher annual price. Then I found these full 10mg dose (the recommended nightly dose) in a pretty small pill (no problems swallowing this) in a bottle of 500 pills (about 1.4 years worth) for only $15-20 a bottle. That cut my previous annual cost by about 70% for melatonin that seems to be working as well if not better than any I have used before. Happy, happy, happy.

The actions stated on the back of the bottle says, “ produced by the penal gland.” You may have meant to say pineal gland. Not a good error on a supplement bottle. Are they from China?

Well it says "Quick dissolve" well you don't mean in your mouth obviously. Which is what I wanted<br />border line deceptive, true you didn't say in the mouth. So how do you know how fast they dissolve in the stomach.<br />I think I will dump them in the toilet and see how long they take to dissolve there.

This is the highest strength melatonin I have found and the tablets are tiny so they are very easy to swallow.

The quick dissolve description gives the impression of dissolving the pills under your tongue, but that's not meant here. So yeah, I bet they would taste horrible if you did that! The pills do work extremely fast. They dissolve almost instantly in your stomach. You take them and moments later you're ready to drift off to blissful sleep. I love that they are tiny and fast and a great value. Best melatonin I've ever tried!
