This product has helped change my life. If you are suffering with acid reflux, burping, stomach burning, then this product is for you. After a lifetime of suffering ( I am now 80 ), years of hospital tests and not being able to eat certain food and trying other GI probiotics I found this product. Nature's Plus contains a prebiotic as well as a probiotic which changed my life. An hour after taking the first pill I had no discomfort. I have given 3 pills to many friends and they all get the same relief and buy the product. Nature's Plus recommend 3 a day but I found after using them for a short time I was able to cut down to 1 a day and then days apart.

I wasn't sure how well it would work or how I'd know if it was. Before taking, my heart would begin beating more rapidly almost every time I ate a meal. I think my digestive system was struggling to digest food. I almost instantly noticed after taking 1 per day for about a week(3 recommended per day but didn't know how my body would take to it), that my heart wasn't beating rapidly after meals. I also noticed the white on my tongue(obvious candida sign) was beginning to diminish. These are awesome! I recently was googling " red urine after drinking beat juice" ( as this happened to me a few weeks ago, I google everything). I am a healthy eater and follow a vegetarian diet for about 20+ years now. I do take vitamins and exercise regularly but with two small children, a job and house work, I always seem to lack energy. My mother was sick for 4 months with digestive problems . I took her to G.I specialist and all sorts of test were done.
