This liquid collagen does not taste as good as the Nuskin version BUT for the price this is a great product and it works just as well if not better. Noticeable difference in skin appearance and wrinkles in just a few days
I started taking youtheory collagen liquid supplement recently after noticing I've started to walk like am old lady. Can't speak too soon on nails and skin, but not long after taking it I realize my joints don't ache, my concentration is sharp and I just feel good. So it's a 5 star for me getting me out of a rut. I’m 68 yrs old! Taste is ok if I put it in the Fridge to make it cold. Chase with swallow of 5 calorie cranberry/ cherry Juice .. Liquid works faster it seems like…I don’t have to swallow pills a plus for me….My Hair is not falling out as bad and nails seems to be getting stronger not as flaky….. love skin is feeling better
