I purchased these when my husband and I were being treated for Lyme disease (oral antibiotics for years). We noticed a real difference with these--maybe due to the particular mix of probiotic bacteria. In combination with lots of kefir, they sustained us through the last years of treatment. We use them now as an occasional supplement if we are back on antibiotics or just experiencing intestinal inflammation.

I researched the strains I wanted in my probiotic at length, and this has all the strains I was looking for and the price is reasonable.<br /><br />P.S. I only take one per day with a carb heavy meal, and I definitely see the benefits. You will have picturesque dumps, dude. You'll be puttin' those dumps on IG. I sh*t you not. Heh heh.

I saw a PBS presentation on probiotics, and chose this one because it fit all the specifications suggested in that presentation. I think it's great.

I bought this for acne. My friend purchased this for her son and she said it has cleared him up. I thought I would try it. I have suffered with acne for a long time. I started using this 25 Jan and it about 1 month later and I see a notable difference. I normally have cystic acne along jaw and neck area. It is now down to tiny bumps. They have dried up substantially. I was skeptical but hopeful. It worked for me and now I've ordered it for my teenage son. I'll update review when he has been on it for a month.

This product must be refrigerated. When I ordered other probiotics requiring refrigeration, those had special packaging and cooling pads; that is not how this product was delivered to me. That is why I am rating it low, otherwise this is a great product. I guess I’ll be buying at Whole Foods/Sprouts again (hoping they are handling those properly).

This probiotic has been a life changer for me! I have been taking this supplement for almost a year now and I can feel the difference in my body and I love the fact they are very strict with the making of this incredible vitamin! I'm a customer for life!
