May be good for others, for me, does nothing. Been taking religiously, working out consistently, noticing no changes of any kind.

I’ve been using these before or after my daily workouts and my muscle soreness is much less. I know I’m lifting heavier and have gain a lot of strength. I used to take one similar from an MLM and never could find one that was comparable after I stopped using them. Great supplement and great replacement for what I used to use

Taking cause I have a protein deficiency. Also have taken before my workout & they definitely work. Will rebuy I run out. Cheaper than Walmart or Meijer. Better than cheaper brands.

I've been bodybuilding for 30 years, competed as an amateur 10 of those. In that time I've choked down some bad tasting products. These branch chains tasted as if they were contaminated with something electronic during processing, after two days I threw them out. Sorry for the bad review its something that had to be done.

Would not recommend after a few days of opening the smell was horrible. Cant be safe to eat it is horrible!
