I am an Ascension Health Coach and I am always researching SBO's (Soil Based Organisms), Spore Probiotics for our Health. World Wide Depleted Soils, etc. If you don't dig in the garden and grow your own food then my suggestion is to buy this product as it's formulation is almost how nature "Stacks"! This is a really great product if you have any type of Candida overgrowth! Just add a broad spectrum digestive enzyme to this mix. I can't stress enough how important it is to consider these microorganisms or fermented foods into ones "dietary", "nutritional", and "life style" needs! Blessings Everyone! This is a great product! It doesn’t make my stomach unsettled like some of the other probiotics I have tried. It took me awhile to find a product I liked but since I liked this companies electrolytes product so much I decided to give this one a shot and it payed off for sure! I feel great and I just take it in the morning along with all my vitamins super easy and with all this new craze about the health benefits of probiotic supplements I’ve been really happy to actually feel a difference. Definitely would recommend this product.

This is a really great product if you’re looking to having a better and healthier gut. My bowels were very irregular and would be a few days before my next bowel that I would feel bloated and uncomfortable. After taking this for a good week, I’ve noticed that I was very regular and almost going twice or three times a day in the first few days. Now it’s very consistent and my energy has been better. I used to be tired all day, even after a good nights sleep and I didn’t realize it’s because I didn’t have a healthy gut. Definitely would recommend this product to family and friends.

I have yeast overgrowth due to a surgery and antibiotics. I must avoid yeast at all cost. This product has yeast! Saccharomyces Boulardi is not listed on the bottle label but is on the Amazon product description. Saccharomyces Boulardi is yeast. This will go into the trash.

Didn’t research SBO and now since I’ve been reading about them, I am very leery to try them. I hate I wasted $30 on these and I just broke the seal on the pkg so guess there’s no returning. They may be fabulous but they could Make me sick as well, depending on my gut bacteria. Expensive lesson learned.

The elderberries are delicious but more importantly, got me feeling better in time for the holidays.<br />I drink these electrolytes first thing in the morning and they get me hydrated and feeling fine. The flavor is nice and easy to drink alone or mixed with morning shake.
