I normally take Qunol which is the same type of product and this product did not seem to be as effective as the Qunol.

This Ashwagandha works for me, the 750 mg tablets have a small split line in the middle, so we can break it up easy into two pieces. I take one in the morning and one in the afternoon/evening. It does make me calm and consistent, and at night I have good dreams. So yes, I can recommend. I read studies that show using low doses of 250mg + twice a day is good and works fine for most people. So far haven't noticed any negative effects.

Works well. Deducting a star because the bottle is hard to open with one hand, but the product itself is solid.
