Skip the preworkout drinks and just use this. Beta-Alanine is the pre-workout ingredient that provides the tingle that preworkouts typically provide. It works quickly and dissolves easily in water. Not much more you can ask for.

I saw a little brown speck on the top of the granules when I first opened it, and didn’t anything of it. Then I started to pour it into another container and saw a flood of them come out with it. I took the first photo after initially pouring it in, then I shook the container and took the second photo. I have a second batch of this stuff, but I’m not even going to bother opening it. Going to return them both if able.

The beta alanine powder is a very good product, it does what I expected it to do. Its reasonably priced and good quality. The packaging could use a little work as its hard for larger hands to scoop product out without making a mess or potentially spilling the powder. I would highly recommend this product if you are looking for a budget bulk beta alanine supplement.

This brand of Beta-Alanine is as good as any I've tried, but at much lower price! I take it as part of my preworkout drink, it only take a few minutes to feel that distinct "tingly" feeling, a great workout pump!
