This is supposed to be the new & improved formula over the 2 pill formula and it just isn't. Without going into gory details, the 2 pill version of this formula was the best probiotic I've ever taken. Since the change, it's barely as if I take one at all.

I’ve tried these for a week now and have seen amazing results! I’m not stuck in the bathroom anymore for 30 min to an hour! It now takes me on average 5-10 min max to do my business! My stool just comes out more formed and more solid. I’ve suffered from IBS with constipation/diarrhea I have to stay diary free for the most part but this product has really helped my digestive system be relaxed at bedtime so I can sleep peacefully! The parasympathetic nervous system is rest and digest so it’s very important your system is under control and relaxed or else I cannot sleep at night. Stay away from the probiotics sold from Amazon that offer a free product if you post a good review, stick with something like this that actually also is sold in grocery stores! Give this a try! You won’t be disappointed!

Love this item ! I have never been regular , but never had stomach issues either , guess I am just use to the constipated feeling ! This stuff keeps me regular with just one pill a day

I have taken a lot of pre- probiotics in the past. This one is great because it combines both types of bacteria--which is great! There is no taste and this does not need to be refrigerated. They are easy to swallow and are gentle on the stomach. I have repurchased this--currently waiting on a second delivery for the second time.
