I used this for sleep issues, anxiety etc for 2 weeks and it did not help.

I have had sleep issues for 5 years and I finally found the product that works. Gaba is natural and a great alternative . I've been reading that prescribed sleeping medication may cause dementia down the road. I know somebody that uses it as well and has helped their OCD. He takes it instead of prescription medication. I read you should not mix Gaba with prescription medication or alcohol. Gaba is a great anxiety reliever.

I’ve been taking this product for about 10 days now. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my sleep! I have much higher sleep scores on my Fitbit, which tracks the number of times I wake up. My biggest sleep issue is waking up dozens of times every night. I’ve noticed I stay asleep longer and I don’t wake up nearly as many times. It’s helped me!

Didn’t work for me. Didn’t keep me asleep worked the same as other melatonin

I was really hopeful this would help me sleep, but I had no such luck. I even increased the dosage to two capsules and still nothing. Giving it two stars because ingredients are natural and safe and may work for others, just didn't work for me.
