My personal review
Hello everybody, a little about myself, been power lifting for the past 15yrs. My weight is 199lbs. and present age 70yrs. old. Use to leg lift 2,350lbs. for 17 reps. and while still on the machine 2 guys would unload the machine down to 1,000lbs. and I did another 51 reps. My point is that I became naturally strong in my 60's. My personal experience with 95% of any products is that they don't work. And yes before we go further creatine works until you stop taking it. My lifts were 15-18% heavier taking creatine but looked like a juicer. Just plain Big and very strong. Coming off of it month's later saw decrease in size and lifts. Temporary is not good, being solid all the time is the key. Going further, I was tested with blood tests every 4 month's and did not notice any difference in any of the numbers including TL levels. I know guys and gals always think there are miracle drugs or vitamins on the market and believe me there is no easy way of getting to a point of being obtaining the results of a juicer being natural, talking about body building and not necessarily power lifting. A few people in the world have abnormal strength and this is from good genetics and hard work. Being a lifter for many years this is my opinion of supplements, most are a waste of money and can have side effects. I have a special diet that is very simple, mostly organic, mostly vegetables, chicken and fish. This works for me. If anybody gets a chance to read this, maybe they have a question about my knees, had my knees looked at with hospital equipment and 2 doctors came out and told me that I have no wear on either knee from lifting heavy weight for years. They couldn't believe I could lift that much and have no issues! Good luck to all and God Bless!!!
