If I could give negative stars, I definitely would. The disgusting taste of these gummies lingered in my mouth for awhile which made the experience worse. I literally can't even come up with an accurate description of the taste other than if you threw a grape jello cup in a blender along with lavender essential oils, an actual Smurf, Chanel perfume, and a few berries. I wish I was exaggerating but these gummies have to be in the top 10 worst things I have tried. I will not be getting any sleep tonight not just because of my lack of melatonin, but for the taste of these gummies haunting me in my sleep.

My sleep was great and my anxiety levels were lower after the first few nights of use. However, if you are a migraine sufferer there is an herb in here that can trigger migraines. Made my head hurt terribly every morning when I woke up. It’s a shame because it’s a great product otherwise.

I love these!!! Been using them for a couple months when needed at night and they help me sleep like a baby. These also have great taste and I wish I could eat them all the time. Wakeup happy not moody!

I only take one, as it’s all I need. I suggest starting with one, and if it doesn’t work, move up to two. (Two is the serving size.)<br /><br />Don’t know how much the destress end of this product is working. I have anxiety and depression so stress is just my constant state of being. My thoughts still race before sleeping, but I fall asleep faster.<br /><br />I feel like they give me a little bit of a headache though, does anyone else experience this? I fall asleep, but when i take these, for a little while I get a headache.

I didn't expect it to actually work, but it does. I've always had trouble falling asleep. At least an hour on a normal night.<br /> Now, I'm out in about a half hour or less. Which is huge for me. It isn't super powerful where you have to rush to bed or else you'll end up on the floor.<br />As directed, take it about a half hour before bed and I can actually feel the de-stressing work.<br />Worth the money. I think.
