Watered down and ineffective product. Don't buy.

I have been taking Ashwagandha in tea and in drops for a long time. I saw this bottle that had a lot of liquid for a great price, and I decided to get it. The long and short of the matter...this brand does not work. I am up to 4 droppersful and that does not work at all, and the directions say 1 dropperful. My son had gotten some Ashwagandha, a different brand and said it was letting he and his wife sleep like a baby. He told me to take his and just see. Well, the first thing I noticed was that his was very dark and viscous. My Ashwagandha was light colored, like tea, and runny. I took his and slept like a baby, finally. Yes, in my runny version you get 4 ounces, but it is 4 ounces of colored water effectiveness. My son's Ashwagandha is 2 ounces but is an Ashwagandha Extract, in a green and white bottle from Nature's Answer and is 2000 mg advertised right on the front of the bottle. I don't want anyone ripped off, and suffering no sleep, like I have been. Don't buy this brand.

You do get what you pay for. This was the least expensive Ashwaganda. Its tastes watered-down.

I would not recommend this product because it barely tastes of ashwaganda - but it is very sweet as if diluted with the glycerin in it. My second reason is that is is very foamy on top - all the time, not just when shaken. I called another company that makes ashwaganda tincture and found that excess foam can indicate too much glycerin. Again, I am not a consumer lab. But I purchase a lot of herbal tinctures for lingering effects of Lyme disease.

Amazing product, very little taste.

This has been my favorite ashwaghanda to date, and I’ve tried THREE! There isn’t a huge taste like the others, it clearly works well for me. I add it into my protein water daily. I have fibro and this has been life changing. Only thing i didn’t personally like is the label texture (i have sensory issues,) so i took it off right away with some orange essential oil. Kept the cute chicken sticker since it didn’t bother me.. I’m a chicken mom and i can at least identify the bottle LOL. I’m about out of my bottle though i bought months ago.

Parent calm during remote learning and pandemic!

Ease anxiety and stress; remote teaching, working and managing a household all at the same time during a pandemic has been difficult. I didn't raise my voice all week. I wish the instructions gave you a true measurement in terms of dosage. It says a "dropper full squeeze" but the bottle is big and the squeeze bulb is standard. There is room for error so I went online to find suggested dosages.

Effective aid for nervous system support

I have been using the liquid drops for several years now. I have also given this to my elderly mother. We take it in the morning away from food to help support our nervous system. Ashwaganda is recommended by Functional Practitioners for this very purpose. It works very well and has a very pleasant, sweet flavor. We mix ours with a small amount of filtered water before drinking. I would recommend. The capsules were too strong for us to take. We prefer the drops.

This cannot be ashwagandha

I've taken numerous ashwaganda products and this is NOT real ashwagandha. It does absolutely nothing and is a waste of money. Real ashwagandha relaxes you, this does NOTHING.

don't waste your time or money on this.
