I've used this now for a couple weeks and I like it. The capsule come in small aluminum, individually wrapped packages, very similar to cold medicine. The capsules themselves are very small and easy swallow. So far so good. I will update this in a few weeks if there are updates of note.
They work fine for me and have no issues as I never have but I know it is doing what it is supposed too
