Amazing Muscle BCAA 3-1-2 powder is a good Amino Acid Supplement and it is taste really good. BCAA is the branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) a group of three essential amino acids: leucine, isoleucine, and valine. That 3-1-2 means the ratio of leucine, isoleucine, and valine per serving. Amazing Muscle BCAA will give you 3 gr L-leucine, 1 gr L-isoleucine and 2 gr l-valine. Some people prefer the 2:1:1 ratio and to be honest, I do not really care. Still, you getting a really good amount of important amino acids per serving. If you do not know, BCAA is extremely important for your recovery, energy level, and your body. So if you working out or doing any kind of sport you should try it and you will see the difference. Highly Recommended!

This is without a doubt the worst tasting branch chain amino acid powder I’ve ever purchased. After the first scoop I tried to return it and unfortunately, it is unavailable for return. I will never buy this again. Heed my warning… it will make you gag!!! I would give this review a negative star due to the fact that I can’t return it. Not quite sure why you can’t return a product if you don’t like it.

I normally use BCAA supplements on long road and mountain bike rides, and I really like the fact that this one is sweetened with stevia. The taste is also good.<br /><br /> My general use is mixing the BCAA powder in with an electrolyte mix in my water bottles, although I do at times just mix it with water and drink during the day while doing yard work, working in the garage, etc.<br /><br />I really prefer my BCAAs to have a 2:1:1 ratio and also glutamine, but that is personal preference on what I have found works best for me. You still get a healthy dose of leucine in a serving of this though.<br /><br />I wish more products used stevia like this one does. Overall, I find it to be a pretty clean product that sat well in the stomach, and if the amino ratios work for you, give it a try.

I feel that I get the benefits of protein recovery in a light formula. Large 60 serving sizes per container too!!!!<br /><br />Trust you found this review honest and helpful:-)

Took this for a month and didn't notice much change. Might just not work for me personally.

Been taking this for about six weeks. Energy is more consistent and I feel less sluggish in the afternoons. Happy with the purchase.
